OUR STORY

Tim & Rosangela Johnson started in Real Estate as agents back in 2004 in the 4th bedroom of their home in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where they’ve lived for the past 25 years. They started as a husband and wife team, selling homes locally and quickly became America’s First Real Estate Mega Teams selling over 400 homes per year.

The growth and success of their Real Estate Sales was outstanding, selling one out of every one hundred homes in Broward and Palm Beach counties.

As their team grew, they also found themselves helping more and more Real Estate agents grow and succeed using their marketing techniques, customer service and lead generation systems.

In 2015 they founded Elevate Real Estate Brokers, and soon after that, they expanded to other markets in Florida. Their goal is to provide real estate professionals with support, technology, and training while encouraging, mobilizing, and equipping them to serve their clients better.

Today, Elevate Brokers operates throughout the State of Florida with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Orlando and Sarasota. Their agents and brokers successfully help clients buy and sell homes all over the State of Florida.

Tim and Rosangela still live, work and love their community in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Real Estate is their passion, and helping people is a huge part of that.

Last year, Elevate Brokers helped 800 families Buy and Sell Real Estate. And for every home that is sold through Elevate one of 20 charities world-wide is also helped. This is because our agents and team leaders follow the Servant Leadership Model.
